Unfortunately, local delivery services often do not share this information with us. Please contact your local delivery service directly.

This usually happens when: • The address is incomplete • The package was not picked up on time • The delivery driver could not verify the address • The local delivery service refused the delivery When a package is returned, we process a refund.

Yes. You can return your order within the return period.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as stated in our return policy.

No. We do not provide return labels. The return shipment must be arranged by yourself.

Yes. We always recommend sending a return with tracking and providing us with the tracking code.

Upon receipt and processing of the return package, the refund will be submitted. Depending on your bank or payment method, it usually takes a few business days for the amount to appear.

No. For security reasons, we can only issue refunds via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

This depends on the type of car seat and the adapters used. Universal systems can sometimes be compatible, but we cannot guarantee this for all brands.

No. Some models are secured with the seatbelt.

Thread the seatbelt through the indicated belt guides and fasten the belt according to the manual.

Check if: • The car seat is installed correctly • The seat belts are properly adjusted • The seat is in the correct position If in doubt, you can send photos or videos.
